Great little park. We had stayed here many times and have been seasonal (Nov to May) campers for the last 3 years. Close to shopping, restaurants, and many attractions. Very pet friendly. Great staff and neighbors. Ideal for an overnight stop going to or from Florida.

Nice quiet little park with very friendly and helpful staff. Rate was pretty high for off season. Smaller sites were very uneven. Bathrooms were somewhat clean but very cramped and very poor shape. Floor tiles were coming up and shower control was broken off and replaced with a bolt. Wi-Fi was hard to connect with. Cable TV consisted of 12 Channels, 1 was local access and another TV guide. Would not stay here again unless bathrooms were replaced.

Have stayed here several times. Nice quiet shady park away from I-95. Great staff and nicest rest rooms and showers I have ever seen. Most sites are level, but a few are hilly. Some back in sites are tough to get into. Great for a long stay to explore the area or just an overnight.
